Where we ship

We're very proud to ship worldwide. There might be price differences depending on the articles. In this case, you will be notified after checkout. via e-mail. 

NOTE: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. 

Delivery speed

Usually most our products take 7-20 business days to reach your front door! This may vary depending on the shipping location and time of order. Each Forest Homes product has an estimated delivery time on the product description.

Multiple products in a single order could arrive in separate shipments due to the manufacturer's location. Please do not worry if this happens as it is part of our process.

Track your package

You will be provided with a tracking ID via e-mail once you have completed your purchase so you can follow up on your order anytime you like. However, depending on  product value and shipping route, tracking info will be provided after a few days or could be non-existent. In any case, you will be notify via e-mail about your order status and tracking method.

Duty & Tax information

Duties and taxes are not included in your Forest Homes shipping costs. It’s customer’s responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties upon delivery. We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. In most of the countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

If a package with a total declared value is LESS than the "de minimis value" amount, then duties and taxes will not apply. However, please be aware that certain items may be subject to other types of fees or taxes according to International law.
